Washington Sundar is an Indian international cricketer that represents India in International Cricket. His batting style is a left-handed bat and his bowling style is right-arm off-break is. He has played for the Indian u-19 cricket team as an all-rounder. On 13 December 2017, he played his international debut for India against Sri Lanka. He began his IPL profession in 2017 with Rising Pune Supergiant.
In the month of November 2017, Board noticed his hard-working in every single match so Mr. Washington was considered in India’s Twenty20 International squad for their series against the Sri Lanka cricket team. Early the following month, he was also considered to India’s One Day International team for the same series, after Kedar Jadhav’s injury. Washington Sundar was born on 5 October 1999 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu to a Hindu family. He was named by his father in respect of a man named P.D. Washington, who had financed the elder Sundar’s cricket profession and washi is the nickname of Sundar. His father’s name is M.Sundar and He has a sister Shailaja Sundar is also a cricketer. He began playing cricket at the age of 4 or 5 years. He studied his previous education at St. Bede’s Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School.
